Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Crave Catcher app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Crave Catcher is operated by Bondit AB ("we", "our", or "us"), a Swedish company. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bondit AB.

2. Description of Service

Crave Catcher is a platform that connects users with mobile vendors such as food trucks, coffee carts, ice cream vans, and other mobile sellers. The Service offers:

  • For users: Discover mobile vendors nearby, follow your favorites, receive notifications when they're active, and view their menus and locations in real-time.
  • For vendors: Manage your profile, share your location with customers, publish menus, and promote your business.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information during registration
  • Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Not post false, misleading, or offensive content
  • Not attempt to disrupt or damage the Service's functionality
  • Not collect information about other users without their consent
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Vendor Responsibilities

If you use the Service as a vendor, you additionally agree that:

  • You have all necessary permits and licenses for your business
  • Information about your business, menus, and prices is accurate and up-to-date
  • You comply with all applicable food safety and sales regulations
  • You are responsible for the quality of your products and services
  • Location sharing is done responsibly and respects private property

Crave Catcher is not responsible for vendors' products, services, or business practices.

6. Location Services

The Service uses location data to show vendors near you and (for vendors) to share your location with customers. By using these features:

  • You consent to our collection and processing of location data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You understand that location data is shared in real-time when the feature is enabled
  • You can disable location sharing at any time in the app settings

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of content you post (images, descriptions, etc.), but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to provide and promote the Service.

Our content: The Crave Catcher brand, logos, design, and software are owned by Bondit AB and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. For paid services:

  • Prices and payment terms are displayed before purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled according to App Store/Google Play policies
  • We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will always be available or error-free
  • The accuracy of information provided by third parties (vendors)
  • The quality of products or services from vendors on the platform

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes should first be resolved through dialogue. If this is not possible, disputes will be settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
